Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career according to your preferences and be part of a collaborative global community. Your role will involve working on implementation initiatives within a large enterprise, specifically focusing on configuring ServiceNow and various modules such as ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO). You will also be responsible for ServiceNow testing, administration, development activities, troubleshooting, and developing solutions in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Broad IT relevant experience within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives - Configuring ServiceNow and working with modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO) - Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow from an end user/administrator perspective - Familiarity with ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools - Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS - Working knowledge of relational databases - Participating in ServiceNow testing, administration, and development activities - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Developing solutions in ServiceNow, preparing estimates, working on capability presentation, and Proof of Concept - Understanding functional, technical, and business requirements and translating them into successful implementations Qualifications Required: - ServiceNow ITAM (SAM & HAM Pro) - ServiceNow - end user/administrator - Scripting experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS - Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
