Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives - Configuration of ServiceNow modules such as ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO) - Working with ServiceNow from an end user and administrator perspective - Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and SELF-SERVICE corporate tools - Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS - Knowledge of relational databases - Participating in ServiceNow testing, administration, development activities, and troubleshooting - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Developing solutions in ServiceNow, preparing estimates, working on capability presentations, and Proof of Concept - Understanding functional, technical, and business requirements to drive successful implementations Qualifications: - ServiceNow ITAM (SAM & HAM Pro) experience - ServiceNow end user/administrator proficiency - Scripting experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS - Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and SELF-SERVICE corporate tools At Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path with various internal opportunities and personalized career guidance.
