Role Overview: As an Application Designer for Cloud Migration & Implementation in the ServiceNow IT Service Management department, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions to meet those requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements. - Assist in defining requirements and designing applications related to ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for application design and implementation. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is a must-have skill. - Experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration is a good-to-have skill. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in developing technical documentation related to application design and implementation.
