As a Design and Development professional, your primary responsibility will involve designing and developing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This includes creating solutions for HR case management, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will be tasked with developing and enhancing processes within the ServiceNow platform by utilizing scripting, workflows, and automations. Troubleshooting issues related to HRSD applications and providing technical support for these processes will also be a crucial part of your role. Your technical skills will be put to use as you work on developing and maintaining Service Portals for employees. A strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, encompassing client scripts, business rules, and UI pages, will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS will be leveraged as you develop and maintain custom widgets using a combination of these technologies.
