Job Title: Senior Developer ServiceNow HRSD Location: [Bangalore] Job Type: [Full-time ] Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer ServiceNow HRSD to join our team as a subject matter expert in the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRSD modules, Service Portal, integrations, and reporting, and will champion development best practices while supporting both technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Service Portal, Case and Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, and custom reports Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external HR systems Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions Handle break fixes, enhancement requests, testing, configuration, and release management Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Stay current on industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions Required Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support Experience with at least one end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementation Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS Solid understanding of application development lifecycle and ServiceNow best practices Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team
