This remote, full-time contractual role focuses on integrating Azure OpenAI with ServiceNow, implementing Now Assist modules, and enhancing ITSM/ITOM workflows using GenAI.
The ideal candidate will architect and deliver scalable solutions that automate ticket summaries, knowledge article generation, and improve productivity through AI-enabled automation.
Prior experience with Now Assist and Azure OpenAI is essential.
