Job Description

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery , Service Mapping , Event Management , and CMDB .
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring tools and systems.
Maintain and enhance CMDB accuracy and ensure proper configuration item relationships.
Automate and streamline IT operations processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripts .
Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and development teams to identify and implement monitoring requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed across ServiceNow implementations.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support for ongoing operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture , data model , and integration capabilities .
Proficiency in JavaScript , Glide scripting , and ServiceNow APIs .
Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as SolarWinds , Splunk , AppDynamics , or Dynatrace .
Working knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
