As a ServiceNow Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to align with business requirements. Your expertise in ServiceNow Configuration, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Scripting, Workflows, and Integrations, as well as Customer Service Management (CSM), will be crucial for optimizing legal service processes such as CSM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements will be a key aspect of your role. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure project success, along with conducting code reviews and quality control checks, will be essential in guaranteeing maximum efficiency and productivity. Debugging technical issues, producing and executing test cases for software quality assurance, and documenting code and application functionality will be part of your daily tasks. Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development will contribute to your continuous growth and success in this role. Your expertise in scripting, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow, along with familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills will be required for both independent work and team collaboration. The ideal candidate should hold a B. Tech or equivalent IT Degree and possess 5+ to 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and related processes.
