Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly
ITSM
and
ITOM
modules.
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Design and develop ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using
REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server
.
Implement Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management within ITOM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and performance optimization.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching activities.
Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow administration.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 9 years
of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in
ITSM
(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
Practical knowledge of
ITOM modules
(Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
.
Experience with
ServiceNow Integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs).
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

ServiceNow
CSA / CAD / CIS-ITSM / CIS-ITOM
certifications.
