Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (CAD Certified)

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, workflows, and Flow Designer.
Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio and update sets.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to Performance Analytics and Service Portal.
