ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet user requirements. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances. Ideally, you should be a certified ServiceNow Application Developer and Administrator, with experience in Agile methodologies and strong problem-solving skills. Your knowledge should include web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, and REACT, as well as application development languages such as C# and .NET Core. Experience in Azure Cloud Development is also preferred. You must have extensive experience working with business users, creating technical documentation, and implementing service portals and workspaces. In this role, you will troubleshoot advanced issues, provide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with business users and the Product Management team. You will also assist with platform upgrades, maintain platform health, build integrations with other systems, and promote ServiceNow as a go-to solution for business needs. You should be proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in gathering requirements and grooming stories, features, and epics. Working in a self-organizing manner as part of an Agile scrum team is essential. Additionally, you must actively seek ways to reduce technical debt, introduce best practices, and ensure high-quality user experiences within the platform. Key Skills required for this role include C#, ServiceNow, Application Studio, Azure Cloud Development, ServiceNow Service Portal, JQuery, Dot Net Core, Angular, JavaScript, Agile, UI 16, Data Structures And Algorithms, and Workspaces UI. A background in IT/Computers-Software industry is preferred.
