ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior Developer ITOM/SecOps/IRM at EY, you will be a part of the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, working to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-quality team and contribute to building innovative products that address client challenges. Your key responsibilities will include configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, building service request fulfillment workflows, automating tasks using scripting tools, integrating systems, gathering specifications from business departments, and delivering products that meet business needs. You will also be involved in data manipulation, creating dashboards, and performing system and integration testing with sample and live data. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in authentication protocols such as Active Directory/LDAP or SiteMinder federation/Azure, disciplined agile delivery software release build/deploy processes, integrating applications and systems, JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design practices. Additionally, experience in Service Portal implementation and applications like ITOM, IRM, and SecOps will be beneficial. To qualify for this position, you should hold a college degree in a related technology field or possess comparable job experiences. Certification in CSA and a minimum of 2 CIS in ITOM/SecOps/IRM are required, along with approximately 3 to 6 years of development experience. An ITIL foundations certification would be a plus. Ideally, you should also have experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools for maintaining stories and knowledge of ServiceNow's latest version features.
