• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow modules like

• Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and other configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST, SOAP, or MID Server.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and process owners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and maintain system performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to implementations, configurations, and customizations.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance models.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 6 years of hands-on development experience on the

  ServiceNow

  platform.
• Proficient in

  JavaScript

  HTML/CSS

  , and server-side scripting within ServiceNow.
• Experience in implementing and supporting modules like ITSM, CMDB, or custom apps.
• Strong knowledge of

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
