ServiceNOW CSM

As a ServiceNOW CSM at AGM Infra Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and supporting ServiceNOW Customer Service Management (CSM) applications. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNOW CSM, possess strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, and demonstrate technical proficiency in scripting, integrations, and API utilization. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be crucial in addressing challenges effectively, while your excellent communication and client management abilities will facilitate smooth interactions with stakeholders. This position calls for the ability to work both independently and in a hybrid environment with flexible arrangements, making relevant certifications in ServiceNOW or ITSM advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field will further strengthen your qualifications for this role.
