Position:

Key Skills Required:

ServiceNow CMDB Governance
Discovery & CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
ITIL Process Understanding
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills

Governance and maintenance of the ServiceNow CMDB module
Strong understanding of CSDM service mapping model
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery module
Analytical and process-oriented approach (ITIL framework)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Skills:

6+ years of experience as a CMDB Functional Consultant or similar role
Strong understanding of CMDB concepts — data modelling, reconciliation, federation
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong independent and collaborative working style
Relevant certifications (ITIL, CMDB, etc.) are a plus
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (like ITIL)
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
