ServiceNow Automation

As an experienced candidate with 5 to 8 years of total experience and a minimum of 8 years in IT, including at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow and Automation, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools. - Conduct API testing, performance testing, and security validation. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. - Work with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline. - Utilize your strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF. - Apply your proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Utilize familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar. - Leverage your experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. - Apply your knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations. Additionally, it is mandatory that you have prior project experience in ServiceNow Automation. If you possess desired/secondary skills related to ServiceNow automation, it would be an added advantage for this role.,
