Qualifications
? 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with strong ServiceNow expertise.
? 3+ years in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions (search, NLP, recommendation, classification).
? Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
? Strong experience in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), integrations (REST/SOAP).
? ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
