Company Description Required from Elevator industry only. Freshers may apply. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Bhubaneswar. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service to clients, ensuring timely and efficient customer service, and conducting maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operating correctly. The role requires a hands-on approach and effective communication with customers and team members. Qualifications Proven skills in Maintenance & Repair Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience in providing Field Service Effective Customer Service skills Ability to work independently on maintenance tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Technical certification or diploma in relevant fields is a plus Bike and DL mandatory.
