Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Off-roll Service Technicians/Engineers

Eligibility Criteria:

Age:
18 25 years
Education:

ITI Electrician
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience:
0 to 4 years (Preferably in electrical or automobile garage equipment service)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and equipment installation at customer locations
Coordinate with dealers for timely spare parts arrangement
Update service reports regularly to the Branch In-charge
Handle service escalations and ensure timely updates in the CCS system
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and quality service
Maintain good communication with customers and local stakeholders

Language Requirements:

Mandatory:
Ability to communicate in the regional language

Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
Travel:
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations
