Service Support Specialist

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PGSV service & spare parts sales and customers during the order handling and project execution process. - Utilize your experience with SAP/REIWA/ARIBA System to onboard or register suppliers and customers efficiently. - Handle order processing in SAP, including booking, follow-up with planning, order confirmation, delivery follow-up, and managing the shipping process. - Request quotations from suppliers for equipment needed to execute service orders, mainly contractors, machinery mobilization like crane, testing team, transportation, etc. - Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for service orders related to spares & services, send purchase orders to suppliers, sub-contractors, factories, and request order acknowledgment (OA). - Track and follow-up with local service providers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. - Collect and follow up on NPS from customers and enter time sheets in SAP/REIWA system against projects. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and have 2-5 years of experience, with a combination of Engineering and Order Handling experience. You should have: - Proven track record of developing and maintaining positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships. - Strong interpersonal abilities with peers, colleagues, superiors, customers, suppliers, and service providers. - Knowledge in High Voltage switchgear products & service portfolio, basic understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems. - Proficiency with CRM and BI tool landscape, capability to read and understand BOM and interpret product specifications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and time management skills. - Marketing and Sales acumen, previous customer-facing experience would be advantageous. - Ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and perform data entry for proposals & orders using internal tools. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.,
