Job Title: Service Staff

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in conducting on-site service and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients as needed.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
