Job Description

Pre-Installation & Documentation:

Support Sales Team with pre-wall opening checks.
Conduct KOM (Kick-Off Meeting) before project installation.
Collect and maintain project documentation: PO, WO, approved drawings, schedule, and SO with start and end dates.

Material Handling & Site Coordination:

Monitor unloading of materials, GRN process, and material handover to service partners.
Provide timely updates on site progress and DPR (Daily Progress Reports) to HO and customers.

Project Execution:

Ensure timely installation, handover, and project closure as per OTE.
Minimize QAR (Quality Acceptance Rate), TAT (Turnaround Time), and conduct QC/IC inspections.

Customer Engagement & Feedback:

Collect and act on customer surveys, feedback, and requirements for AMC/PM/spares.

Audit & Partner Management:

Propose and evaluate SPs (Service Partners) / Dealer Channel Partners quarterly through process audits.
Conduct performance audits, product campaigns, and visit key customers.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

Conduct KSP (Knowledge Sharing Programs) on installation, troubleshooting, and spares training for internal teams and authorized contract
