Job Description

As a Service Delivery Advisor 2, you will play a crucial role in assisting service delivery activities across multiple customer accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to support customer needs, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations with some supervision. - Assist teams in standards delivery, revenue growth, and maintaining successful relationships with assigned customers. - Support the team in preparing for monthly service review meetings by conducting routine data analysis. - Aid in the review and progress assessment of continuous service improvement plans for each customer. - Collate information and resources to support the development of operational service improvement plans. - Resolve routine problems for assigned customers covered by existing procedures with limited supervision. - Assist teams in regularly contacting customers to promote products and services based on customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team and with limited supervision.
