Job Description

Job Title: SP-Mobility Role Minimum Requirements: 1. Customer-facing experience: Previous experience in customer support or TAC-style role. 2. Technical expertise: Deep understanding of 4G/5G solutions, automation technologies, and Cisco Mobility products. 3. Troubleshooting skills: Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex network problems. 4. Strong knowledge of: - PGW, SGW - AMF, PCF, SMF, UPF - RAN, SMI, AUSF, UDM, UDR - Cisco Star OS - NSO, VNFM orchestration - Cisco DC platforms (N3K, N7K, N9K) 5. Programming skills: Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, and Robot Framework. 6. Linux/Unix experience: Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems. 7. DevOps knowledge: Understanding of DevOps principles and practices. 8. Strong communication skills: Proficient in written, verbal, and formal presentation skills. Desired Skills: 1. 4G/5G technology expertise: In-depth knowledge of 4G/5G technologies. 2. CCIE certification: CCIE DC, Service Provider or R&S certification. 3. Devnet certification: Devnet certification. 4. CKA certification: CKA certification. 5. Network programmability: Experience with Python, Netconf, and Yang. 6. Manual test and solution validation experience: Experience with manual testing and solution validation. Additional Requirements: 1. Cisco Mobility BU product engineering experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Cisco Mobility BU product engineering. 2. Proficient with Cisco Test Tools: Familiarity with Cisco Test Tools such as Lattice, Stargen, and Calipers.
