Service Professional - Supply Chain Management

As a Service Professional in Supply Chain Management at Klber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting and continuously improving SAP logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting and continuously improving SAP logistics processes such as MM, WM, SD, LE, TM, EWM - Analyzing business requirements and implementing SAP solutions accordingly - Performing system configuration (customizing) and coordinating technical changes - Collaborating with procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution teams - Managing incidents, service requests, and small enhancements - Participating in SAP projects and rollout activities across the supply chain domain - Documenting processes, providing end-user support, and conducting training To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM, EWM, etc.) - Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and their SAP integration - Experience in customizing and collaborating with user exits/BADIs will be a plus - Project management experience will be a plus - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Strong analytical and communication skills - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Join Klber Lubrication, a company of the Freudenberg Group, and be part of a global leader in specialty lubrication.
