About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Service Operations Lead to manage day-to-day field and delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pickup, delivery, and service workflows.
• Manage daily technician routes and shift schedules.
• Monitor operational KPIs — turnaround time, order accuracy, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Sales teams for smooth execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and Tamil.
• Field or service operations experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹254,119.33 - ₹1,073,770.26 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
