Job Description

As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, your role will involve: - Designing and implementing CMDB in ServiceNow Platform - Defining CI lifecycle processes & Evergreen processes from CMDB Data Quality - Deploying ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) - Creating transform maps, Identification and Reconciliation rules - Integrating asset discovery tools with ServiceNow CMDB via REST API - Configuring and troubleshooting Discovery & Midserver - Monitoring and reporting Discovery & CMDB - Configuring and troubleshooting Event Management - Handling Hardware Asset Management & Software Asset Management configuration and troubleshooting - Demonstrating knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM applications - Providing accurate estimates for development requests and developing ServiceNow accordingly - Resolving support issues within ServiceNow by working directly with end-users Please note that the above responsibilities require you to have expertise in ServiceNow platform and strong knowledge in ServiceNow development.,
