Service Now Developer - GRC/IRM

You will be joining a strategic hiring mandate in the IT Services & Risk and Compliance sector, supporting enterprise clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Technology industries. Your focus will be on delivering and operationalizing ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions to automate risk workflows, controls, audits, and vendor risk management for large-scale environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, configure, and extend ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Vendor Risk, Audit) to align with business requirements. - Develop server-side and client-side logic using JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, script includes, and scheduled jobs. - Establish and manage integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, and import transforms. - Create Flow Designer flows, Workflows, Service Portal components, UI actions, and catalog items to enhance GRC processes. - Translate functional requirements into technical designs, conduct unit testing, support UAT, and prepare deployment-ready update sets. - Resolve production incidents, optimize platform performance, and ensure readiness for upgrades and release governance. **Qualifications:** - **Must-Have:** - ServiceNow GRC - ServiceNow IRM - JavaScript - Glide API - REST APIs - IntegrationHub - **Preferred:** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC - ITSM / ITIL knowledge You will benefit from an on-site role in India, engaging with complex enterprise compliance programs and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
