Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all service operations related to CCTV, fire alarm systems, networking, access control, and security solutions
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise service engineers and technicians
• Plan service schedules, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure timely completion of service tasks with high customer satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and performance updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
• Handle client escalations and resolve service-related issues professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in

  CCTV, fire alarm systems, structured cabling, networking, and security solutions

• Proven experience in managing service teams and field operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and vendors
• Knowledge of AMC, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services
• Basic computer skills and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
• Experience in security system integration projects
• Knowledge of government compliance and safety standards is an added advantage
