Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the service department for Azure, Open, and Liferay platforms.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer service experience.
• Hire, train, and manage service department staff.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service efficiency.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency of service.
• Analyze service data and generate reports on performance and productivity.
• Establish and monitor departmental budgets.
• Communicate with customers and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Open, Filenet and Liferay platforms.
• Experience with various application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Experience with various databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, React).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
• Experience in creating detailed technical documentation.
