Location: Greater Noida

Position Requirements

  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to correspond efficiently and effectively. This includes both verbally as well as in a written format. Particular emphasis is put upon the ability to produce well written technical documentation.

Technical Requirement

  • Develop and implement SIAM frameworks and processes.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication between internal teams and external service providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service-related issues and escalations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential service disruptions.
  • Prepare and present reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives to senior management
  • Coordination and management of 3rd party service providers
  • Collaborate with 3rd party Service Providers to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery
  • Ensuring service levels and contractual obligations are met
  • Assess 3rd party Service Providers performance against agreed SLAs
  • Evaluate and report on Service Provider performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service management or SIAM roles.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with performance measurement and reporting tools.
