Service Executive/Advisor

**Job Description:** As an Automotive Service Advisor, your role involves providing courteous reception to customers and addressing their complaints in the vehicle after a road test. You will be responsible for explaining the cost of repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery, and collecting post-service feedback. Additionally, you will carry out any corrective measures if required and manage advance service bookings based on workshop capacity. Your duties will also include educating customers on maintenance practices, service schedules, and available value-added services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extend courteous reception to customers - Identify and address complaints in the vehicle post road test - Explain repair costs and distinguish chargeable and free of cost jobs - Ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery - Collect post-service feedback and implement corrective measures if necessary - Manage advance service bookings based on workshop capacity - Educate customers on maintenance practices, service schedules, and available value-added services **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role - Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or ITI The company offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
