1. Service Engineers shall be responsible for Installation and commissioning of our Machines at customer site. Clearing Qualification processes.
2. Job includes providing documentation, technical assistance, troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs and maintenance and suggesting corrective action to customer.
3. Arranging for spares of machine which is to be supplied to customer.
4. Conducting online FAT's between customer and supplier.
5. Documenting service activities, including service reports, repair logs and customer communication, to maintain accurate records and ensure traceability.
