Service Engineer - Region Rajkot

You will be joining Sree Sakthi Group of Companies as a full-time Service Engineer in Gujarat, Rajkot, responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for products and systems. Your role will include installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer training, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites. - Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely. - Provide technical support and training to customers. - Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions. - Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product reliability. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Travel to customer locations for service calls as required. - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role. - Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. - Valid driver's license.,
