Service Engineer-Pharma Instruments

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer who is technically sound in analytical instruments and has hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production facilities. The role requires someone proactive, responsible, and skilled in providing technical support while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform calibration of field instruments like NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc.Handle installation, breakdowns, and troubleshooting of instruments at client sites.Support senior engineers in project execution.Ensure compliance with pharma industry guidelines and regulations.Travel across Ahmedabad to service and support pharmaceutical companies.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE, or Control & Instrumentation.02years of experience in service/maintenance of analytical instruments.Strong technical understanding of instruments with ability to learn quickly.Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines and compliance.Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.Performance Expectations (KPIs)Independently handle NVPC calibrations within 3 months.Independently handle VPC calibrations within 3 months.Demonstrate knowledge of the working principles of all instruments within 3 months.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharma guidelines and regulations.

Working Conditions

Frequent travel by bus, train, or bike (within 100 km) to client sites.Carry calibration kit during visits.Flexibility to work late nights or holidays, if required based on project criticality.Freshers are also welcomed
