Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Bawal (Rewari) for Milacron, your role will involve the installation, breakdown service, and maintenance of Injection molding machines. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end support to customers, including installation, breakdown calls, spare support, and training for machine operating and processing problems - Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers - Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for machines and ensure global action for all machines - Troubleshoot and provide solutions to machine problems - Install and service all machines in the region - Assist customers with mould trials on-site and in-house for machine shipments - Assemble machines and operate them at customer sites - Conduct training sessions for customers on machine operation and troubleshooting - Submit field return parts to the factory for analysis and cost recovery of warranty parts - Release flash for parts failure - Ensure customer training and care visits - Generate spare parts business and develop spare parts recommendations - Prepare and submit service reports for each machine - Maintain software backup, hydraulics circuits, and bill of material on the service portal Qualifications: - Completed full-time Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics - 2-6 years of experience in testing, maintenance, and service of Injection molding machines Milacron is a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry, offering highly engineered and customized systems.
