Service Engineer (Home Automation)

As a Service Engineer for Home Automation, your role will involve handling the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of smart home systems in and around Coimbatore. Your background in electronics or electrical engineering, coupled with a passion for smart technology and home automation solutions, will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with wiring, installation, and electrical troubleshooting will be crucial in effectively setting up smart home systems. - Familiarity with Wi-Fi/network setup, routers, and mobile applications is essential for seamless integration and operation of smart devices. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude will be required to address any issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications: - Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field will provide you with the necessary technical foundation for this role. - 5+ years of experience in home automation or related service engineering roles will enable you to effectively handle various smart home systems. - Possession of a valid two-wheeler license is a mandatory requirement for this position. You will be working in a permanent, full-time capacity with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
