Service Engineer

Job Description As a Service Engineer at Fujitsu General India Private Limited, your primary role will involve working with VRF systems and Duct products. You will be responsible for conducting VRF Commissioning activities, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and carrying out repair tasks. Your duties will include visiting customer sites to assist dealer engineers in diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, performing regular maintenance procedures, and ensuring the optimal performance of VRF systems. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills specific to VRF systems. Experience in field service and technical support is required, along with excellent communication skills. You should be able to effectively collaborate with dealer field engineers, provide on-site support, and manage tasks efficiently. A Diploma in Engineering or a related field would be beneficial, and previous experience in HVAC, particularly in VRF or related industries, is considered advantageous.
