Job Description

Job Summary: Ensure smooth operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV systems. Handle onsite troubleshooting, AMC visits, and provide technical support to clients post-installation. Key Responsibilities: Visit project sites for preventive and breakdown maintenance Diagnose faults in inverters, junction boxes, and other system components Resolve complaints in coordination with OEMs and internal teams Provide onsite training to clients and O&M team Maintain service logs, spare parts inventory, and generate service reports Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering 24 years of experience in solar service Familiarity with brands like SMA, ABB, Sungrow, etc. Strong communication and customer interaction skills Willingness to travel extensively.
