Job Description

integrating Fuel Cells, Solar PV, Batteries, and Inverters; prepare schematics, specifications, and BoM/BoQ.

Assess site requirements

through surveys and load analysis; use tools like PVsyst and AutoCAD (preferred).

Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance

of systems; troubleshoot on-site issues.

Execute projects

involving hydrogen/methanol fuel cells, electrolysis, and related technologies.

Coordinate with clients and vendors

for smooth project delivery.

Prepare reports and documentation

on system performance, field activities, and maintenance logs.

Provide client training and technical support

for installed systems.

Collaborate with RD

on improvements, testing, and new solutions.

Travel extensively

for site work across India.

Profile We Seek:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in power generation systems (DG sets, Solar PV, Grid-connected setups), including electrical connections, wiring, installation commissioning.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong grasp of energy calculations, hybrid energy systems, and electrical design.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with PVsyst and AutoCAD preferred.
Industry Advantage:
Prior exposure to Fuel Cell systems, hydrogen generation/storage, or electrolysis is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Work Approach:
Independent, proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively across India for projects.
Mindset:
Strong work ethic, ability to work under deadlines, and a collaborative attitude for cross-functional teaming.
