Service Engineer

Job responsibilities/description: 1. Material arrangement for the warranty spares for VMC and HMC Machine. 2. Order acceptance generating for warranty spares. Short supply and transit damage. Goodwill basis. 3. Dispatch advice ( DA) generating for warranty spares. Short supply and transit damage. Goodwill basis. 4. Arranging for the material dispatch to respective customer and regional office. 5. Releasing purchase request ( PIR) for the required warranty spares. 6. Follow up with Purchase dept. for warranty spares and delivery in time. Key skill required: 1. Preparation of MIS Report for all products. VMC, HMC, SPM, HTL, VTL and PL. for (warranty, transits damage, short supply, commissioning and good will.) 2. Depot stock material: Releasing purchase request and follow up for the material. Dispatch to respective regional office. Machine transit damage: Collecting the information from respective regional, Information to accounts and insurance for claim. 3. Collecting the required part list for transit damage from designer. Arranging the required spares and dispatch to respective customer. 4. Preparation of material required for Depot stock. Job prerequisites: 1. Qualification: Any Diploma Graduate 2. Experience: 2-6 Years. 3. Gender: Male
