Service Engineer - Construction Machinery

As a Service Engineer in the Husqvarna Division of Construction Machinery located in Asalali, Ahmedabad, your role will involve maintaining and supporting world-class construction machinery from Husqvarna. This position is ideal for Diploma holders who are eager to establish a career in field service and technical support. Your key responsibilities will include attending customer sites to provide timely onsite service and troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining construction machinery according to Husqvarna service standards, offering clear technical guidance and training to customers during visits, reporting job completion, pending work, and warranty issues to the Service Manager, preparing and submitting detailed service reports after each site visit, and maintaining tools while ensuring adherence to safety and quality norms. The desired candidate for this role should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with both freshers and experienced individuals being welcome. A minimum of 4 years of experience in field service, repair, or maintenance of industrial/construction equipment is preferred. Additionally, having good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, a willingness to travel locally in and around Ahmedabad, and strong communication and customer handling skills are essential.
