Responsibilities for this role include utilizing various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer concerns, communicating efficiently with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure the delivery of services, promptly following up on service requests, and providing customer feedback. The Assistant Engineer will be responsible for monitoring equipment and machinery performance, implementing preventative maintenance measures, conducting quality assurance and safety checks, delivering demonstrations to educate customers on equipment use, and providing recommendations for product improvements.
