Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install, test, and commission equipment or machinery at client sites.
• Ensure all systems are operational and meet performance standards.
• Provide initial operation training to clients or users.
  

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software faults and perform repairs.
• Minimize equipment downtime through quick and effective solutions.
  

3. Customer Support

• Respond promptly to customer service calls and technical issues.
• Offer on-site and remote technical assistance.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional service.

Preferred candidate profile

educational Qualification

• Diploma in

  Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering

  or related field.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years

  of experience in

  installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  of industrial or electrical equipment.
• Experience in

  customer site visits, service reporting

  , and

  technical support

  preferred.
• Exposure to

  lighting, automation, HVAC, or manufacturing equipment

  industries is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

  electrical circuits, control panels, wiring diagrams

  testing procedures

• Hands-on experience in
