Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for medical equipment such as X-ray machines, C-arm systems, MRI machines, CT scanners, and ultrasound devices. Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment at customer sites or in-house workshops. Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed base stations to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to medical device integration and networking. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. Biomedical/B.Tech/B.E. Electrical). Strong knowledge of medical equipment operation principles and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in working with various types of medical devices including radiography equipment (X-ray), C-arm systems, MRI machines, CT scanners, ultrasound devices.
