Job Description

As a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM Ltd. in Pune, you will be responsible for the following: - Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail. - Experience in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M will be an added advantage. - Experience in resolving queries utilizing voice skills on VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory. - General support knowledge of operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing. - Proficiency in productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment and from the office. - Analytical problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues. - Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to independently, thoroughly, and efficiently resolve customer issues. - Proactive attitude and utmost respect for customers" time. - Good time management skills to ensure all customer interactions add value. Preferred Qualifications: - Any Graduate with additional certifications in customer service or upskilling.
