Job Description

Overview: -We are seeking a Fresher for the role of Service Desk Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT support with potential growth within our partner roles after a short probation period. Education: - B Tech in CSE (All branches), IT, ECE / BCA, MCA, BSC_IT (Must have Provisional or Degree certificate) Required Skills: - Excellent English communication skills - Basic knowledge of networking Technical Skills - Provide 1st line technical support to customers. - Resolve hardware (computers, printers) and software-related issues. - Address common technical issues (e.g., resetting passwords). - Troubleshoot, maintain, configure, and provide backup and server admin support. - Handle issues related to Cisco, Routers, Switches, and LAN/WAN/MAN connections. - Support products on Windows Server, UNIX, Mainframe, SharePoint, and Active Directory. - Install hardware and software. - Work on Client Servers (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and various Software Applications. - Ability to troubleshoot common PC issues (optional). Transport Facility: - Cab facility provided within a 20 Km radius from the job location
