Service Delivery Ops Specialist

Job Description: You will be joining Accenture as a Service Delivery Ops Specialist, focusing on Trust & Safety - Content management. As a part of the Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations, your role will involve leading a team of Content Moderators. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and resolving reported issues. Additionally, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns due to the nature of the role. Your tasks will involve organizing, categorizing, and publishing content and information using specific tools and channels for internal use within the organization.
