In the role of a Delivery Manager at Wipro, your primary objective is to ensure the excellent delivery of technology solutions and products to clients, maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This involves overseeing service delivery, meeting contractual commitments, managing budgets, resolving issues, optimizing resource allocation, and nurturing a skilled team of delivery resources. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all contractual and SLA commitments are met, with a focus on contract compliance and adherence. - Monitor and review project delivery parameters to ensure quality delivery within budget and timelines. - Act as an advisor to service delivery managers, resolving technical or operational issues and escalating complex escalations when necessary. - Drive resource planning and fulfillment, ensuring the right manpower with requisite skills is allocated to client deliveries. - Collaborate with the process excellence team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure top-line revenue growth and bottom-line margins. - Contribute to revenue and profitable growth by meeting revenue targets, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the deployment of new technologies and services within client accounts. - Develop and leverage relationships in accounts to build customer-centricity, identify key stakeholders, and strengthen client relationships. - Drive delivery transformation through automation and innovation focus, deploying automation-led solutions and enhancing productivity and quality of services.
