Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that align with business needs and industry standards. -
Oversee the management of the ITSM LifeCycle process to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. -
Provide expert guidance in IT Service Management to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. -
Manage Incident Management processes to swiftly resolve issues and maintain service continuity. -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with Cards & Payments systems. -
Analyze and optimize existing infrastructure to improve performance and reduce costs. -
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes. -
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in all infrastructure activities. -
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure reliability and scalability. -
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders. -
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the infrastructure strategy current. -
Data base back ground.
